W1SELIFE is operated by W1SDOM TEMPLE INC, Solana Beach, California, USA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1Information we collect
- ›Account details: name, username, email, password (stored securely by our login provider, never in plain text), phone number, location, and sex (kept private: only you and our admins can see it).
- ›Profile details you choose to add: photo, cover photo, bio, website, skills, and social media links.
- ›Creator details: business name, website, and service details. Payout details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your bank or card numbers.
- ›Activity on W1SELIFE: tickets, bookings, events you host or join, circles, messages, reviews, and applications.
- ›Payments: processed by Stripe and Amazon Pay. We receive a confirmation and the amount, never your full card number.
- ›Usage information: pages viewed and basic activity on W1SELIFE, stored on our own systems.
- ›Messages to our WISEEK assistant.
2How we use your information
- ›To create and run your account
- ›To process tickets, bookings, and payments
- ›To send confirmations, reminders, and account notices by email, and by text if you opt in
- ›To send event invitations from people in your circles, by text only if you opt in
- ›To show your approximate city on our community map (city level only, never your address)

3Text messages (SMS)
- ›Texts are optional. You choose separately whether to receive account and booking texts, and whether to receive event invitations and promotional texts. Both boxes are unchecked until you tick them.
- ›Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- ›Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off at any time on your profile.
- ›See how you opt in to texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the SMS provider that delivers our messages.
6How we protect your information
- ›All connections to W1SELIFE are encrypted (HTTPS).
- ›Database rules restrict each member's private data to that member and our admins.
- ›Payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. Card data never touches our servers.
- ›Staff access to personal information is limited.
- ›No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
8Your rights and choices
- ›Update your profile details at any time.
- ›Turn texts off on your profile or by replying STOP.
- ›Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- ›Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion by emailing support@w1se.com.
- ›California residents: you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
9Age requirement
W1SELIFE is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We will update the date above when this policy changes and let members know about important changes. See also our Terms of Service.
