Facilitators must clearly state on each listing:

  • ›Experience format (in-person / online / hybrid)
  • ›Duration and date(s)
  • ›Capacity limits
  • ›Any special cancellation terms (if applicable)
3

Cancellations by Facilitator

Experience, Event & Session Policy

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

W1SELIFE is a curated platform for experiences, sessions, gatherings, and offerings facilitated by independent practitioners. These offerings involve time, preparation, energetic presence, and limited capacity.

Because of this, all bookings follow the policy below.

All Bookings Are Final

All bookings made through W1SELIFE are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • ›Workshops, circles, ceremonies, and classes
  • ›One-on-one sessions or private offerings
  • ›Retreats, immersions, and multi-day events
  • ›Digital or live experiences

By booking an experience, you are reserving space that cannot be resold once held.

Rescheduling & Transfers

Some facilitators may allow rescheduling or transfer of credit at their discretion. Any reschedule or credit is:

  • ›Not guaranteed
  • ›Determined by the individual facilitator
  • ›Subject to availability

Missed Experiences

Failure to attend for any reason does not qualify for a refund or credit. This includes:

  • ›Illness
  • ›Travel delays
  • ›Scheduling conflicts
  • ›Personal emergencies

Event Changes or Cancellations

If an experience is canceled by the facilitator or W1SELIFE:

  • ›You will receive a full refund, or
  • ›The option to transfer your booking to a future date

If rescheduled, your booking will automatically transfer unless you request otherwise.

Retreats & Multi-Day

May have separate cancellation terms, clearly stated on the booking page. Those terms override this general policy.

Digital Content

Access to digital experiences, recordings, or online content is final sale and non-refundable once access is granted.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time and applies to future bookings only.

Platform Role

W1SELIFE is a facilitation platform connecting participants with independent experience creators. While W1SELIFE supports communication and clarity, facilitators are responsible for the delivery of their offerings.

Facilitator Best Practices

These best practices support clarity, integrity, and a high-quality experience for participants and facilitators alike.

1

Describe the Experience Clearly

Clarity builds trust and commitment. Each listing should clearly state:

  • ›Format (in-person / online / hybrid)
  • ›Date(s), time, duration, and time zone
  • ›Location or access details
  • ›Capacity limits
  • ›What participants can expect (structure, flow, intensity level)

Avoid vague language that could lead to mismatched expectations.

2

Be Explicit About Booking Terms

Participants should understand the commitment they're making:

  • ›Clearly state that bookings are non-refundable
  • ›Note whether rescheduling or credit is ever offered
  • ›Mention any special retreat or multi-day cancellation terms
3

Set Appropriate Expectations

Do not overpromise outcomes:

  • ›Avoid guaranteeing healing, transformation, or specific results
  • ›Describe the container you're offering, not the outcome
  • ›Use grounded language that invites responsibility and choice

This protects both you and the participant.

4

Communicate Before the Experience

Preparation improves attendance and satisfaction:

  • ›Send a reminder 24–48 hours before the experience
  • ›Share what to bring, wear, or prepare
  • ›Provide clear arrival or access instructions

Clear communication reduces no-shows and confusion.

5

Honor Time and Presence

Your presence is the offering:

  • ›Starting and ending on time
  • ›Being fully present and prepared
  • ›Holding the container with professionalism and care

Consistency builds trust and repeat participation.

6

Handle Cancellations Responsibly

If you must cancel or reschedule:

  • ›Notify participants as early as possible
  • ›Coordinate with W1SELIFE immediately
  • ›Offer a refund or transfer promptly

Facilitator-led cancellations require swift resolution.

7

Keep Simple Records

Documentation protects everyone:

  • ›Experience listings as published
  • ›Attendance lists
  • ›Communication sent to participants
  • ›Notes on any incidents or issues

This supports fair resolution if questions arise.

8

Create a Safe Environment

Facilitators are responsible for the container they hold:

  • ›Clearly state any boundaries or participation guidelines
  • ›Respect participant autonomy and consent
  • ›Maintain inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and respect

Safety is essential for meaningful experiences.

9

Avoid Private Refund Promises

To stay aligned with platform policy:

  • ›Do not promise refunds outside the stated terms
  • ›If offering a reschedule or credit, keep it clear and documented
  • ›Loop in W1SELIFE if unsure

Consistency protects the platform and all facilitators.

10

Ask for Support Early

If something feels unclear or challenging:

  • ›Reach out to W1SELIFE support sooner rather than later
  • ›We're here to help mediate and clarify
  • ›Early communication prevents escalation

Why These Practices Matter

Reduce refund requests and disputes

Protect facilitators' time and energy

Create aligned participant expectations

Strengthen trust in the W1SELIFE ecosystem

We are building something intentional, not transactional.
